Another handheld GPS units I've come across that will take serial NMEA in and display it as a waypoint. This means it can be connected to a Kenwood or VX-8G and display the position of other APRS stations on it's screen, and the radio can use the GPS unit for it's location & speed.
The added avantage of this unit over the Legend is it has a colour display and takes a memory card so you can have more maps on it.
